Everybody knows "Do Not Call" does NOT Work. Try "No More Robot Calls" @ WWW.nomorobo.com. It's a no fee service (for VoiP land lines), eliminated 95 % of my Spam. Check the site . . . it explains how it works and it costs nothing (for land lines) ! [And No, I don't have stock in the company, but I wish I did!]

Telemarketer with Hispanic voice and accent. Anytime I get a Hispanic that cannot speak English I hang up. Simply trouble. Dealt with blacks for 50 years complaining they do not get fair equal treatment. Problem is they are just lazy. Now it's the Hispanics. Overweight, can't speak English, stink, uneducated, will do anything illegal to get money. If I get phone calls from area codes from New York, California, Florida, and Texas I do not even answer the phone. My cell phone I do not answer ever because of the scams and fraud. Obama has taken this country backwards 70 years. Who ever heard of burning down cities to protest? Good lord.

You're EXACTLY correct in all your statements. Maybe Mr. Anonymous, who must be a coward going by his nickname, would be wise to become a Christian, just so he can see ALL the slime in this world and go accordingly. Which is looking upward where God in the Highest Heaven is.
