"This is for NCO Financial Services". On behalf of Capital One, I need to verify your last name, DOB and 4 last digits of your soc sec number....

She got very upset when I told her that if Capital One needed any info, they should requested by mail ..... I went and called Capital One reported what happened and they suggested to cancel my credit card and re-issued a new one....
