Threatened to have me arrested within the hour. Same as other poeple who complain on this web site.
I want their address so I can introduce myself to them in person. Anybody got that?

I got one of these,too. Please note: these fraudulent callers aren't using your name (a tip off) in the msg they leave. Also, IRS would send a letter - not leave a robo msg.

these people need to be stopped now! i got a call from them a couple days ago claiming to be the IRS. Same story.. guy with an Indian accent i barely could understand him so i told him i will contact the IRS once i got home but he said that i will be arrested in 1 hour after the call ends unless i wanted to resolve the issue and pay them. Luckily my phone is crap and the call got cut off. Well i didn't see cops outside my house. total fraud! they called me again today, just got the number blocked.

Why is this number (416) 226-5765 and person that owns this number is not lock up yet?! Calling me and trying to convince me that they were from IRS. Saying that we owe $5700 in back taxes and if we do not pay this amount now? Now that I and my wife would in up in prison for 5 years and also they we would lose everything we owned.. Why does our government allow this to keep happening? This is enough where a person could have a heart attack!. Something needs to be done!

I am actually a tax preparer and received a call from this number. THEY TOLD ME TO CALL BACK BEFORE THEY TAKE SERIOUS ACTIONS!. I knew it was a fraud, but wish we had a way of taking these callers down. Scares the heck out of my elderly clients. Thank God, they call me first.

Claimed that I owed money and a ongoing investigation. .my attorneys name...was I to be home (on my door step ) Niki Johnson...gv I'D #..meantime I have been on SSD for 25yrs....Very believable! !!

Nicki Johnson gets around, she's called about an IRS issue from PA (this number) and from a CA and WA #. The robot message is hysterical after the threat "she" adds "Thank you and have a nice day" I'm on the DNC and have complained and have blocked more numbers in the last month than I care to remember.

claims to have our attorney notified and she is from the internal revenue, not the IRS. FACT: The IRS will NEVER call. They will only notify you by USPS (mail).

Report them on the DNC registry and block the #. They get around though, I've gotten the same exact message from several other phone #'s through the US. It's unbelievable.

They claimed to be IRS about a serious matter and a need to be called back. Also it went straight to voicemail even though my phone was on with good service.
