Calls every morning, after noon and evening every single day for months. Never leaves a message.

Same. No message. Called four times so far. Never answered.

Didn't recognize number, so left it go to voice mail. Has called multiple times, to a private cell that's on the state and federal do-not-call lists, but never leaves a message.

Did not leave message.... Nor, when called this number back from land line, was able to be connected

I got a call from this number on my AT&T cell phone. It is a synthesized voice telling me I can apply for Affordable Health Care. I had to press 1 to talk to someone. The lady claimed she worked for the federal government and was taking applications. I think it was just fishing for my info. I tried calling the number back and it just gives a quick beep and disconnects. Don't trust them. If you want Obama care go online and sign up from a known source. If you don't want Obama care vote Republican.
