Twilio/Inteliquent (844)814-4627 is not the scammer, but this is the VOIP company these scammers use to robocall Americans. In my opinion, a business that partners with these criminals to allow them to operate is no better than the criminals.

Did not answer. I get at least five calls a day from unknown #'s...the price I pay for the free Obama phone! That phone died 4 months after getting it, but I kept the # cuz I like the# or maybe I'm a glutton for annoying irrelevant calls?!
