Real pain. Calls, won't answer and then hangs up.

This company has called me 10 times today. It is a company hosted by XO Communications -- as per my research into who the devil is calling me. I called XO and they said it was one of their customers. They gave me an e-m address of investigations@xo.com. If you want to complain about this number this is where to start.

They call multiple times per day & when I attempted to contact them on the same number it was a fax line

Called me multiple times a day at work 3 or 4 times voice recording about healthcare and has been harrasing me

This guy named Michael was TOTALLY verbally abusive to me when I asked who he was...then, unfortunately for him, my battle of witts with an unarmed opponent nailed him; then I hung up and blocked him out. What an as*hole!!!

I made the mistake of entering some information on-line, and before I even finished the form and selected the agencies to whom I was interested in talking, I was receiving phone calls.  Including this one. 25 numbers and counting. National (Health) Enrollment Center has called many times from multiple numbers,

Calls Evey 5 to 10 minutes I'm sick of it even though blocked it is a pain

REALLY..... I have received 105 calls daily for over a week. Every time I tell them this when they call I get hung up on and calling the number only leads to fax beeping....I have contacted my lawyer about harassment .

10 calls so far today. Either calls and hangs up or automated (recorded) message. I called back, and received a fax signal. Getting really tired of it, and put the number on my phone's block list.

Not just telemarketing annoyance. I believe the number415-358-4862 known as National Health Enrollment is a major scam. I was just given a number from the Attorney General for FTC 877-382-4357.

I was getting several calls a day from 419-946-5717 and 415-358-4862. When I answer the call you get a recorded message asking if you are interested in health insurance. No matter what I did it keeps calling back.
If you call the number back you get a message this is not a working number.
I tracked the real number done. Her is the real number 800-244-7786. I called them back and talked to someone on the phone this IS the place that is selling health insurance policies , asking then to stop calling me. I was told he will have my number removed and I will not get anymore calls.

Got two missed calls within the same minute (phone shows both calls at 9:19am). Immediately blocked the number on my phone.

They call me ALL day back to back. This constant harassment is a result of an insurance question to an 800 number.
