I know I shouldn't answer but I've gotten a ton of these calls lately and have ignored them, so when I got this call I answered and pretended to be on board with his claims of being with my credit card company and claims that he can see I've paid on time and I have a 11% interest rate and I innocently asked if he Knew my name, he said yes let me pull your info up and he put me on hold. I accidentally hung up on him before he came back, was bummed because I was looking forward to informing him I don't own nor have I ever owned, a credit card.

Don't EVER press any numbers from a phone number calling you, you don't recognize! Even answering is bad but if you press buttons or talk to the scammer you're put on a list of active numbers they sell to other scammers to call you. Never ending cycle. If you don't know who's calling, don't answer. At least that's the rule I like to use

Called and asked me to press one to discuss lowering credit card rates. I pressed one and when I contacted a live person, asked to be removed from their call list. He hung up.

Automated greeting, press 1 for live operator. Live operator; yes you pressed 1 and would like to lower your rate on your credit card? Me; which card, who did you call, why are you calling me? Liver operator; uh uh, uh, click. Hung up.

missed a call from 419-509-0680 at 1249 pm today, left no voice message. i called back at 105 pm and is no longer a working number

This call is a SCAM. Its a credit card co. Scotts something. When I asked to be removed from the list they hung up on me. I'm reporting the number to BBB.

ALL SOME TYPE OF CREDIT CARD SCAM. TALK WITH SOMEONE WITH AN ACCENT AND ASKED WHERE THEY ARE LOACTED. THEY HUNG UP.
