Just received a call from this person today. How do these people get our telephone numbers? Especially when we are on a do not call list.

I asked him not to call here anymore and to take us off their list, he stated he would call back again. I told him I would pray for curses to come upon his head from the heavens on high he told me I need to relax and calm down eventually he hung up.

Just got a call from some wog chick with an almost unintelligible accent. Something about my computer system, blah blah blah. I couldn't understand much of her pidgin jibberish. I told her to work on her English if she wants to sell crap to Americans, then hung up.

Getting lots of calls from 425 area code the past several months. Obviously, these scammers are funneling calls from overseas boiler rooms through US numbers. Washington state seems to be the new telemarketing hotspot for towel-head call centers.

I got a call from them just now. My wife took the call, and passed it off to me. Indian accent. Saying that she was from some computer maintanence tech support place and my computer was sending them info that I was having some error messages and all that. I told her I wasn't getting error messages. She persisted. I like f***ing with people like this, so I decided to play along. hit the Windows Menu + R button to open the RUN window as instructed. Before I did that, though, I disconnected from the web. She told me to enter CMD and enter, to bring up the command prompt which I did. Then told me to enter ASSOC and press enter, which I did. Lots of s**t went scrolling up the screen. She told me when it stopped that the third line up contained a unique identifier for the computer. She rattled it off to me, and it matched. I went in to my desktop computer and did the same thing. Had the same "unique" identifier. THen I knew it was a scam. Started giving her all kinds of s**t. THen she got a "supervisor" on the phone, and he told me I was lying cause they couldn't be the same. HE eventually hung up on me. Total of their time I wasted was 15:48. GOod s**t. I love wasting these f***er's time.

Called the number back, and there's a warning recording from the FTC warning about phishing scams.

Indian man saying he got my phone number from my computer and that my computer was infected with a virus of some sort, then asking me to press the windows icon button on my keyboard, erase the presented cmd code and enter something beaver. I yelled at him that he was full of blank and to never call me again. I was getting calls from this number for days multiple times. Do NOT go along with this scammer!!!
