They have called me 3 times but I don't answer unfamiliar numbers. Thanks to others' warnings, I've blocked this number along with 2 other numbers with same prefix (434-471-xxxx) which also have complaints. BLOCK!

This is a scammer. Offers health insurance; tries to obtain personal information - Social Security number, birth date, etc.
