I have a phone call from them on 8/22/2019@6.16pm-(from Lewisville,TX)-
since I don't know anyone in Texas, I used my home phone to call the number -of course no one picked up!!

Caller ID as Mr Cooper who is my mortgage company but would know I have a loan modification and equity loan would be moronic . Why would I drop a loan modification based on 42% principle and raise my payment from 1700 to 3500 ?
