They are still at it. Called work phone asking when I'd be available to have papers served. Would only say they were sealed legal documents and gave the number 855-828-3024 to call with a case number. They said the number was to Bailey and Associates. yeah right.

These people are calling me as well with the same scheme as everyone else. Stating they have legal documents for me, I owe money, blah blah, with stuff that doesn't exist just trying to scare people into giving them money. They have not only called my person phone but my work number twice.

These people are crazy out their mind .They have been contacting a lot of people with lies that i know.. They called me that o owe a payday loan from 2012 ..i got all bent out of shape bc i knew i didnt owe anything . Its crazy bc this guy tried to say.if you want to keep it out of court we have two payment plans....im not paying nothing i dont owe they said they will serve me papers monday or tuesday .icall my payday loan ppl i used long time ago bc they were the only ppl i ever used and they told me there is a big scam going on with payday loans and taxes.he also told me they dont come to your house..he told me to report the ppl..I called the police department and they advise me not to answer them if these people call back...im so mad because these people are lying and taking advange of people. Eventhough i didnt give these my money it just makes me mad because i know there are always someone these people taking advantage of. I pray to God these people be caught.

I got a call from these people three days in a row, wanted to know when I'll be home to serve me legal documents. They had all my information. Old bank accounts, old addresses and my social security number and said I took out a payday loan in 2011-2012. I knew it was a scam I'm just concerned about them having my information

Mr. Williams called today, some lady called yesterday. They said I had a payday loan in 2011. I said no I never did and even if I did I am very aware of my states debt statue of limitations. The person I spoke to yesterday told me I was wrong and then hung up on me. The guy today said maybe you had some identity theft. I said I know exactly what is going on and the FBI warns about scams like yours. I told him I was going to report him to the FTC and local government. He hung up on me.

I just got called by the same number said they wanted to know when I would be home to serve me papers. Told the lady I want giving her any information and she got an attitude and told me I needed to grow the hell up. I hung up on her.
