Yup! Called me too. But, they didn't say anything so I hung up!
These calls are coming into the US via the Verizon VOIP network, they are not looking up the destination number in the US Do Not Call registry, in violation of US Federal Law.
DO NOT GIVE THE CALLER ANY OF YOUR OWN PERSONAL INFORMATION - THE IDENTITY OF YOUR BUSINESS AND IT'S PRINCIPALS WILL BE STOLEN AND SOLD TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER SEVERAL TIMES.
If you want to do something do this:
1) Answer the call using a business name. Listen and then say "Yes I do want to sell you my accounts receivables what can you do for me". Make up a fake but real sounding name for the business and it's proprietor and proprietor SSN. Write this information down on a sheet of paper to be consistent from call to call. They will take your information and call you back later to work out the details.
2) When they call back ask their company name, where they are located, their mailing address to send the information they are requesting (don't push this) and ask for more information both by email and regular US Postal Service mail.
3) Be friendly and interested.
4) File a complaint here: https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx
5) If they send US Postal Mail - contact the US Post Office - Office of the Inspector General - and give them as much information as possible.
Business loan has been prequalified.
Press 2 to be added to Do Not Call (but I don't believe them).
