yes i received call from this number she used Suzanne allen irs badge #4039 she proceeded to tell me i had improperly filled out my tax forms from 2009 thru 2012 & that the gross income amount was the problem and that they were going to take everything i had my property, my vehicles, any money i had, etc. i then enterrupted her and asked if there was any english speaking people there that i could barely understand her broken english (as she was from india clearly) she became upset with me and told me she was speaking english and i told her not my english. at the end of the conversation i told her to shut up and i would have h&r block contact her as they were the ones that filed my taxes and hung up on her. she was so mad at me when i hung up she could have reached through the phone i sure was glad it was a scam.

They called and left the same exact message in my home. It is bogus and false. IRS sends letters in the mail if you owe them money. Don't believe these bogus calls...

The message left was this:
"Yes the reason of this call is to inform you that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you to get more information about this case file. Please call immediately on our department number 509-203-4357. I repeat 509-203-4357. Thank you."
When the IRS files a lawsuit against you, they do not call they mail a letter.

Received the same message today - Female automated voice, no credentials, no reference number, or specifics "This call is officially a final notice from IRS...Internal Revenue Services. The reason of this call is to inform you that IRS is filing lawsuit against you. To get more information about this this case file, please call immediately on our department number 509-295-4458. I repeat 509-295-4458. Thank you."

Woke up to this message being left on my phone. IRS uses letters - certified or registered. I got my coffee & checked here. Yep, another scam. Good morning.& good bye to them. Have a great day to the rest of you..

they just called & said a sheriff was coming to arrest me & put me in jail for 5 years. Freaked me out until I found out this is a scam & that is not the way the IRS does business. beware!!!!!

Got the same voicemail on my cell phone saying I was being sued by the IRS, I couldn't even understand him because he wasn't American, very weird!

They called and left a message saying we were being sued by the IRS. Don't fall for it. This is not how the IRS contacts people.
