They called me many times saying they were suing me n to call back. I
called back n this man was rude. I said, "Send me information in the mail because then I would know if this was just a telephone scam. I hung up.

I got this phone call three times today. I called back and told them not to call my house again but of course they did. I called back a second time only for the man to start talking vulgar to me. He was saying all these nasty things he was gonna do to me. Again I told him not to call my house. He knew my name and my dress. I knew it was a scam. I am going to report him to the FCC.

I have received several calls similar to this one in which a recording informs me that the IRS is filing a law suit against me. I called back once to be told that the IRS was going to send a Police officer to my house to take my home as collateral along with everything I own. At this point I knew I was being scammed and let the conversation proceed no further. Do not be duped by these jackals, the IRS does not behave in this manner!

I received call from automated female voice saying IRS is going to sue me. That is not a true fact.

A woman called left message that the IRS was going to sue, but didn't say who. Knowing the IRS does not call people, I returned call but no answer. The # is a mobile phone based in Colfax, WA.

Received an automated call from a woman saying i was before sued by irs. The message does not say my name at all. Called the number on caller id and a man with an accent from India answered. I asked for the name of his company and his reply was irs. He was rude fast talking. It is a scam.

I received a voicemail on my home phone that this was the IRS and that we were going to be sued by IRS and that we needed to call this phone number. I called the number back and a lady answered staying she was the IRS and then I hung up and tried calling IRS but they were closed. Scam alert.

Caller: Lady saying she was IRS and that we were being sued by IRS.
