Total scam called my elderly mother

Received the same scam call, he threatened that the sheriff was coming, and to prevent this I needed to have $6,000.00 , then he proceeded to threaten what he was going to do to my body, sexual things, even asked if I would cook him dinner, I told him to come on by I have something for you (SMITH)

Total scam...IRS will only correspond with you through regular mail.

The IRS does not make calls like these. They handle correspondence through the mail.

This is the third number these scammers have called from in the last 2 days. Same robocall. Totally bogus.

Said they were IRS. He barely spoke English. I laughed. He said there was a suit against me. I then told him I've been a stay at home mom for over 5 years. He was silent and I hung up *****major scam******

Also received a call. This is a scam. I told they were not the IRS and they hungup.

Yes, I was called by someone who barely spoke English. A scam for sure. The background noises sounds like a phone room operation. Yes, this is working its' way through Indiana.

Says from Internal Revenue Services. Says filing suit against you, to call
this number immediately. Obviously a scam.
