They left a robot message that the IRS is suing me. I called the number back and it just rang. Nobody answered.

I got this call from this number also saying the IRS is filing suits against me.

Hi all... My mom just called me freaking out about a similar call. When I called back identifying myself only by the number they called..and asked a lot of questions... they said "This is a scam and don't waist your time calling us back" I asked if they were serious... he replied... "yes, we were trying to scam you so don't waist your time call us back.." And he hung up. I called the IRS and they said they never call homes with threats, but Instead, they send snail mail.
So be aware.... we were prepared but only after falling for the trap when my brother was threatened with his families life. He paid 3k.

I just got a call from them to stating the same thing

IRS attorneys must be totally swamped! They are also filing a suit against me and I must call them immediately. I believe this is a phishing attempt. The number is in Benton City, Washington.
