When I ask questions they hung up on me

I received an automated call from this number informing me that the IRS was suing me. I am unsure how the IRS could sue anyone if they can't even lock up scum like this.

they pretend to be IRS Legal department asking for money, please be careful. I asked them to send me a letter with the reason and result of the audit and he got mad and told me that I will be arrested.
