They call every day since few months, i have the number blocked. They pretend i owe money to Bell (with who i never had an account).

Scam, trying to push naive people to call back a taxed number with a fake case number. Very likely to steal money.

CDV Recouvrement called on my cell, 2nd time in one week.

Both times I called them out as scammers because the only debt we have is a mortgage, fully paid every month automatically.

We have one credit card, fully paid each month.

I consider these calls dangerous for persons who are elderly, poor, recently arrived in Canada and either unknowledgeable of how things work here, or fearful of what might happen if they do not comply with the request(s) or threats.
