Definitely a scam. Mentions this is the final deadline to lower my credit card rates but could not inform which specific cards or company I was with. Told him this was a scam and not to call anymore

They just called me. I answered and pressed 1 to be removed from calling list. When I told the guy I didn't carry a balance on my cards he said that I have a sexy voice and asked if I was married. Creepy!

Called about "lowering my credit card rates...". I pressed 1 to speak to the cretin from Iowa, then informed him what he could physically do if he ever called my DNC-listed cell phone again.

They called, but I didn't answer. I then typed in the number & found this good information noticing that the call times weren't too much earlier than the one I received.

Definitely the Indian/Pakastan credit-card fraud scam. Had a little fun with him and got the expected rude ending when I finally told him what was what.
