Caller was selling solar but said it was a telemarketer call because he wasn't selling anything. Had a heavy accent. This is probably a scam. I hung up in mid sentence.

Could hear typical Telemarketer noise in background. When man said "hello Mrs....." seemed to be searching for the right name and then call was disconnected.

person calling is very rude ,speaks with foreign accent.and when was told not to call again he simply hang up,
