Yep...PEOPLE ASSIST is correct. Seems they know everything and called. I did not respond and they left no messages so that is a good start. Thanks everyone for the headsup and wish they could find a way to control these types of calls...sad, very sad...

Illegal scam targeting bad credit borrowers. They must have purchased some really old data. FYI, since they are knowingly breaking the law they will not comply with any requests to stop contacting you as complying with the Do Not Call list is the least of their legal wrong doing. Since they spoof all their numbers no good way to file complaint. Oh well. Ignore them I guess.

They call and call and call. I have asked them everyday this weeke to remove my number from their list and they just hang up. Today I asked again when they called and the guy said "we will not remove your number from the list". I asked him why they won't remove my number and he said "because you are rude". I then told them that they are rude by calling everyday when asked not too - he hung up.

called the number back, and it says, press 9 to be placed on the no call list....not falling for that one, every month I have to delete the 25 calls from my rejection list to be able to add another 25 numbers, almost all of them are these freaking annoying "lower your credit rate".....needs to be a class action on these fools
