How can these annoying scammers be stopped. They call my cell phone 6 to 8 times a day and then hang up when I ask them to quit. The opt out bullshit doesn't work. Perhaps a trip to Florida to get their attention.

GOT A CALL. NO ONE ANSWERED! REDIALED THE NUMBER & WAS TOLD VIA RECORDING THE NUMBER WAS NOT A WORKING NUMBER. SEEMS LIKE THE SCAMMERS AND SOCIOPATHS DOING THIS HAVE FOUND A WAY TO TAP INTO RETIRED PHONE NUMBERS AND USE THEM TO PLACE HARASSING CALLS
