I received a call from 571-458-1210. It was a live person telling me that "All calls are recorded" And that he was calling from NCC. He mentioned, something about a credit report etc. It's a SCAM. I ended the call.

Definitely a robo-caller. After wasting my time by playing bad music in a loop, eventually a human phone_drone at the callcenter came on and recited some scripted sentences far too quickly for me to understand what they said. This is clearly a scam -- don't bother answering when this number calls.
