the message said it was for a nonprofit Exchange Student so they are allowed to call and not part of the DNC rules. Then if you hit 1 after the recording you get Horizon Marketing on the ID. Clearly a marketing tactic using nonprofit terms to get around the DNC rules. I am extremely annoyed by these calls and I see online that many others are as well. I do NOT buy anything from solicitors, I am angry that they continue to harass and use 'non profit' terms to get around soliciting people. what do they accomplish by this? besides harassment? they use a foreign voice initially to announce they are Exchange Student non profit so they can call consumers.
then you get a mans voice after that.
