Claims I owe Chase Bank money despite never having done business with them. Calls 3-8 times daily between 7am and 9pm despite being told to remove me from his list multiple times. Contacted Chase Bank customer service and they don't know who I am (since I don't work with them) nor who this caller is.

I called the number and the recording says Chase but when I called my bank, they said they did not recognize the number as one of theirs. They advised me that they will not call you and ask for your information and that they mail you requests. They will only call you if there is a fraudulent charges on your bank card and they will never ask you personal information. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION!!!!!! Call your bank instead and ask them if they called you.

This a$$ holes call me 7 days a week! Yes, including weekends! I don't give a damn if it's Chase, the congressional caucus or who it is... calling people 7 days a week and several times a day is harassment. I never answer when they call and I've blocked them so they're calls go straight to voicemail and they've never left a message. I'm reporting these low lives to the FTC.

THIS IS NOT CHASE!! They ask for name and social security Number! Do Not give them any information THIS IS A SCAM!!! BTW, The other users on this that say that it is CHASE. Dont you think the scammers know about this site and add disinformation to make it sounds legitimate? AGAIN, THIS IS NOT CHASE CALLING!!!!!

It's NOT spam - it's REALLY Chase. I know. I owe them money. I called the number back and it's really Chase bank. They outsource calls too, but if you owe Chase money, just hang up and call back the number listed on the website to verify that this is legit.

SCAM!!!!
THIS IS NOT CHASE!!!! Do not give your information to these people if they call or even if you call them back. I called just to see what they wanted, and the first thing they ask for is your name, then they ask for your social security number!!!!! I told them to just cross reference it with my telephone number and they said they cant. NEVER GIVE YOUR SOCIAL OVER THE PHONE!!!!! Especially when they cant give you any information about your account or why they are calling! Let them confirm your information, . .or if anything only give the last 4 digits of your social.

This is actually Chase, they have an internal collection agency. You can verify this by setting up payment agreements on the phone, then paying directly at the local branch.

This is a total scam call you should list that as a caller type. Caller id says its Chase.
