Called claiming to be Microsoft's Security Support team. Said I was in danger and they wanted to help - I bet! Hahaa. Scam garbage. Block the number and DO NOT give any information.

As soon as I am hearing the PAKI voice in connection with Microsoft, I hang up, but they call back and back and back...

Just called me. Said he was from Microsoft and someone accessed my computer between 2am and 3am last evening and MS received an error report from my IP address. I said I wasn't talking to anyone about my computer over the phone and hung up. Mid-eastern accent, sounded like call center noises in the background.

ya they just called me right now asking to get into my computer. stupid people.

A representative claiming to be with Microsoft called my 78-year old mother to inform her that her computer was experiencing problems, and that these problems were registering on their end, via the Internet. My mother does not have a computer. My mother, in turn, gave the representative my cell phone number, thinking that it was my computer having problems. Little did she realize this was a scam.

They continue to call me also wanting the same access to fix a security problem. Call the number back but says it is nolongrr in service.

Called me today from this same number. Kept saying he was from MS and asked about my computer told him I didn't know what he was talking about my computer got sick and I threw it out. He finally got tired of me telling him I smashed my computer and threw it in the trash because it had a virus and I didn't want it to contaminate me or anyone in my house.

I knew it was a scam and just wanted to have fun with them. The scammer was middle eastern and very broken English.

Calling from Micrisoft. Big scam artists. Wanting access to my computer and claiming to have my IP address

Just received a call from 616-850-3141. Very poor connection, sounded like Skype or VoIP with poor quality and humming. Male with a strong eastern (Indian/Paki) accent said he was from Microsoft Elevated Technical Support. Then he tried to convince me that my WIndows computer had been compromised by someone attempting to log on to it with the wrong password. Really? Hm, I'm sitting right in front of my computer,and I'm logged on. Tell me, sir...what Windows operating system am I using that has been compromised? Silence. Stuttering. Finally a poor reply stating he only knows I use a Windows computer, and that's all the information he has. Well, I called BS on Mr. Windows Tech Support. No knowledge of my IP address, OS, my logon name, or what password was being used. So I had a little fun with him, wasting a few minutes of his precious time away from his darling goat. I then advised that my next phone call was going to be the Federal Trade Commission, and advised him what he can do to his goat. My Saturday is now complete!

someone from 616-850-3141 called me about my computer sending information to their system , they say they are from microsoft. i wasn't by my computer, i was driving when i got the call . this is not the first time they called me . one time before , a warning came on my screen and i called the number and gave them remote access (big mistake)

616-850-3141 = caller id = Grand Haven MI = keeps calling, never leaves a message, robo call = I am blocking and so should you!

Please help! I was called by a guy from Microsoft at 616-850-3141 and we got cut off right in the middle of fixing my office computer. I called back but wasnt able to connect with the same person. Can anyone help? If Microsoft (616-850-3141) is out there reading this plea for help, please call my office at 410-962-4510 as soon you read this and ask for Babs. If I'm not there, ask my assistant to have you fix my computer as we were doing. Again, I need this Microsoft technician to call back ASAP to help fix my Windows upgrade. Someone from this number called me on my cell phone claiming to be from Microsoft IT, I receive this kinds of calls on my landline but this is the first time I've received on my cell phone.

Sam - Microsoft, when asked for a call back #, he provided 571-358-8077, I am not having issues with my computer. Sounds like a scam!
