Claimed to be from the fraud department at American Express. Asked about a couple of charges. Sounded legit but he had an accent and was laughing so I hung up and called American Express. They confirmed they did not attempt to call me.

I received a call from 623-492-6031 on my cell phone. They asked for my ex and said they were from American Express. I stated this was not his number, the women was rude and stated that he gave this number as a alternate contact number. I doubt he would have given my number as a contact. I called him and told him they called. He returned their call and when questioned about contacting me they stated they never did nor do they have my number in their file. Now I have the proff they called my cellphone twice in the same day, even after I told them it was not a contact number for him. I am not very happy about this, I don't like lairs!

American Express calls at least two to three times a day - and no one ever answers - we don't have an Ameerican Express card - The number is 623-492-6031

I don't own an American Express card and they keep calling to say I owe money.
