1800 notes has a bunch of complaints on these people. Usually they don't leave a message but they did on mine. I have a funny recording about my cats holding me hostage as my message and their message was, "Okay." Those who answer reported a foreign accent and something about updating a warranty.

Yeah they call and it was a robo call. Once you answer and press 1 it transfer you. The phone usually rings and then someone may pickup. When they picked up I told them the car is a 2016 LEXUS GX and my final offer was 62,000 cash. They didn't know what to say and hung up. Tried calling them back and the line was always busy.
