Scamers also called me from this # they said I owed money from a loan I did 5 years ago. It was a $200 payday loan & the interest had added up for years I Have To Pay 1,700 On Monday IN Court OR Do A Settlement Over THEORY Phone Of $700 Now. I explained I paid the loan years ago & they sent me a thank u letter. I tryed to ask lots of questions but he got mad & said do not interrupt me I am a lawyer on behalf of the payday loan place. He did most of the talking Indian accent very mean. He said I'm Gona send u an email with the paperwork get your money together U have 20 mins. We r about to close eastern time new York 5pm. Cali 3 hours difference it was 4:40pm in California on the fourth of July. I Called the loan place they said yea u paid us it's a scam & we only charge $15 if it late. He keeped calling from a 242 area code and also (646)205-3834

Mike from an attorney office called and stated I owed money to United States Credit Services for a loan that I received. I asked them for specific information like the amount of my debt what was the name of the LLC used. Mike could not provide me with this information. When I asked for his address he gave 271 Cadman Plaza East Brooklyn, NY 11201. I asked for a fax number and he could not give me this information, he asked why. I stated so my attorney can send you a letter. He then became angry and told me that I was going to loose my job and that I was going to be sued. He also said that information was sent to my email address. He did not confirm my email address with me. When I was asking questions, he would place me on hold and come back with the information, verses giving me that information off the top of his head. Since he became so angry and could not provide me information, I have to believe this is a scam. I hope this address information helps to catch these frauds!

I JUST RECIEVED THE SAME CALL WITH CALLER ID SAYING LAW OFFICES . I ANSWERED THE MAN CALLED HIS SELF JAMES WALTER HE SOUNDS LIKE A INDIAN. HE SAID I AM BEING SUES FOR 5,000 DOLLARS FOR CHECK FRUAD AND DEPOSTING A CHECK AND THE PERSON WHO WAS SUING ME WAS MY OLD JOB I HAD IN 2013 . I ASKED HIM WHEN DID I DO THIS?, HE SAID NINE MONTHS AGO . I ASKED HIM WHEN DO I GO TO COURT ? HE SAID WAIT FOR THE LETTER IN THE MAIL AND TO GET A LAWYER. I SAID I THOUGHT YOU WAS A LAWYER ? HE SAID HE WORKS FOR USDS AND COLLECT AGENCY AND IF I DO NOT RESPOND THE COURTS WILL HANDLE THIS . I ASKED HIM WHAT ADDRESS WAS THIS INFO FROM . HE SAID MY OLD ADDRESS IN 2012 . REMIND YOU !!! I HAD THIS NUMBER SINCE 2012 AND I MOVED TO A NEW ADDRESS SO WHY RE YOU CALLING AGAIN? HE HAD ME GOING FOR A MINUTE ... HE SAID THE JOB WHICH I WORKED IN 2013 HE THOUGHT I STILL WORKED THERE I JUST LISTEN... THEN HE SAID I CASHED A CHECK AND SUPPOSE T RETURN IT LOL......TW

No caller name. Number came up 646-205-3834. Left a voice mall. Did Not give a name for himself or his So called company. Did Not say what the "issue" was about. Told me if I didn't call or have lawyer call that he wished me luck on how it would unfold. next time i answer and explain the laws of harrassment

Don't disregard this message. Return the call now if you don't return the call and I don't hear from your attorney either the only thing I can do is wish you good luck as the situation unfolds on you. Goodbye and best of luck."
