646 647 8561 this number called me then hung up. I assume they were a scam since i do not know anyone in New York. Today got a voice mail message saying Urgent for you to call to get your gram but it was too fast to pick up all the telephone numbers was something like 646/ 647-15661 or 627-15761 is this a scam also. What is a gram ?

I asked them to confirm that they are a government agency and for the grant number. She said I need to give her my name before she could get the grant number. I asked again how I could verify their identity as a government agency.. they hung up

Scam, claims to have my "grams money." It's a scam, don't bother calling them back. Warn your older family members of scams, they are more susceptible to this crap.
