They called me and claimed that I had a lawsuit against me and that they were the IRS when I called them back they took my name and my ZIP code and put me on a brief hold and then hung up on me I tried calling it back several times but get disconnected something needs to be done they need to be told on and if they continue to call me I will get a lawsuit against them

About 20- 25 minutes ago I got a recorded call saying they where from the IRS and they have tried contacting me over the last 6 mos. and no answer so they are filling a tax fraud lawsuit against me(our number is in my daughter's name so who are they asking for? They never asked for the person by name) I called it back twice and NO ONE ANSWERED

They said they were the IRS and they had tried to contact me for 6 months and they were filing a lawsuit against me for fraud. It was a woman's computerized voice........

It's VERY shady - I don't believe the IRS contacts people in this manner
