This call Is from IC systems, They are a collection agency, If they are calling you numerous times through out the day You have options. 1) you can simply ask them to stop calling you,(if you are in California) tell them you are protected under certain rights You are asking them to stop calling you and send you notice via Postal mail, Tell them any further calls will be recorded and considered harrasment and will be reported to the police department . If they say they have a right to call you due to you owe them money, Tell them you are giving them to the right to send there claim via postal mail not by calling them as per instructed in the fair debt colletions act, tell them that they canot contact you on the phone as it is inconcenient to you, You chose contact by mail only, Make sure you tell them to send you any info that shows you owe them money(any contracts with your signature) If they keep contacting you via phone,Call the police get a case #.

This people Calliing to my nymber about 15 times a day ,every time request one persone with not reconize , but every day the same issue i need stop this people beacuse im paid for every messangge with my received and the bill is very expensive for recieved not answers in my recorded machine
