Repeatedly get calls from this # and I am on the National Do Not Call List. I have answered in the past and told them to stop calling but they just do from another #.

Pre-recorded call with 'presentation' in line with other comments. Scam. Do not stay on the line to listen to it - just hang up. Any credit card issuer who needs to speak to you will 1) have a live person speaking to you and 2) state who they are calling from.

In reference to your "current credit card account"

Good old credit card services , where have they gone. Almost two weeks now and no calls. Could it be that always pressing one and waiting thru the cue finally paid off. It was seeming that other people were doing it too, I sometimes lately, have been above call 100. Always report them to the no call people, but wasting their time is probably far more effective.
Remember don't hang up, press one and get another cup of coffee.

My phone number is on the do not call list--for the very reason that I do not want this type of phone call. What good does it do to have a do not call list if they call anyway?

No voice mail

The automated call message said it was to lower my interest rate on my credit card. So I waited on the line to see if it was my card company. The man that I was connected to was combative and rude. I hung up on him and he called me back from 3612714848. A different number. Then proceeded to harass me more, including asking me for my height and hair color. He also said, "since you're a woman, you like to play hard to get. Just go get your credit card." I demanded repeatedly to speak to his supervisor. He refused and just kept telling me to go get my credit card.
