From Aug 4, 2016. Sounds like a computer voice saying this is in regards to an "enforcement action" and "tax fraud" against my name. Even gives a badge ID number 4165. Definitely SCAM!!

I got a call on 8 aug - Call is regarding an enforcement action which has been executed by the US treasury department regarding a tax fraud against your name. Ignoring this will be an intentional attempt to avoid initial appearance before a magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offense so before this matter goes to federal claims court house or before you get arrested. We received 2 calls Thurs and 1 already this morning, Fri, . giving a batch # and to call or we would be arrested
