Same here. I received a robot voice as well stating that will be legal proceeding for fraudulent activity. I called back (Lakeport , CA ) and somebody picked up answering "Social Security " . I asked who I am I speaking with, and I had missed call from this nr. They hanged up. Definitively A SCAM.

I received a robot voice mail from this number stating there would be legal proceedings against me for fraudulent activity related to my social security number. It seems like a scam to me.
