and yes ,they have thier number, then you can do that,
because if someone is providing you ther phone number, that means they are not fake, they are legit ,
and you can also easily trace them by police, by their numbers..

Just got a call 1 hr before & I paid 250$ transfer fee & with in 25 mins I received 9950$ even i got refund of 250$ transfer fee also.
