Claims to be a fraud prevention number for a credit union checking on fraudulent use of your card but only wants your phone number they called you on???

Called on my cell phone and asked if this was the owner of the house. I asked them what they wanted. He started to say something but he has such a strong (I suspect Indian ) accent I told him I could not understand him and hung up.

Green energy sales pitch. Calls repeatedly. I have asked repeatedly to have my name removed from their calling list, but the calls continue. Most recent caller wanted me to explain why I wasn't interested. I hung up.

Exact scenario with my 90-yr old parents. "Goodbye" (female voice) was the only response.

All I got was a voice saying(female) "Good Bye" and then the dial tone. There was no back ground noise or any other sound.
