when calling back the number the prerecorded message says "please leave your information in the voice message box (and continues to say-without trying) sorry that message box is full" 2-28-2013, 10:29 am atttemped to tell them to STOP but there is no way to do such

Recorded message to lower my credit card interest rate. I do not have a credit card with this company or any other affiliation with them. When he called today, I recognized the phone number as one that keeps leaving half recorded messages, so I picked up the call. I selected the option to speak to a representative. I asked to be taken off their call list, as I was on the National Do Not Call List. When I was explaining the DNC process, he laughed and just hung up on me before taking my phone number. He keeps calling me and I get half-messages from him on my voice mail. I'm tired of this hassle. I have deleted his previous messages, so I don't know now when he has called me previously. However, after his attitude today, I had no choice but to call and report him!! Please do something!
