This number has been contacting me for approximately a month and leaving voicemails stating "Legal Issue"...I never answered. So on 12/29 they contacted my husband (how they got his #???). I returned the call Melissa Howard stated the same information. ..legal matter payday loan facilities looking to prosecute for felony criminal charges. If I didn't agree to make a pyment in the amt of $1,127.43 by end of day my case would be turned over to State Attorney Office and a warrant would be issued and the police would come to my home or job (stated the name also??).
When I requested information to be faxed she said after my 1st $550.00 pymnt was made they would mail out all the documentation they had on file.
She persisted in calling my place of employment and cell for days after. Today 1/1/16 I asked what the name of the facility she (Melissa Howard) works for and she got very irrate and agressive toward me and then hung up...so I called back asked Vickie Sanders (the person who answered my call) what tje name of the company was and she too hung up. I called again and Melissa Howard took my call so I told her I was placing an harassment report to the police and she hung up again.

I just a call from them saying the same thing and that ill have to 4 to pay 415 or be put in jail on the 8th on this is crazy its a total scam they hung up on so I called back 3 times and they don't remember who I was talking to they just know they're putting out a warrant at 4 today

I get call from the Law Office of Andrea Swartz from 719-212-8990. I've spoken to a Ms. Saunders - she tried to get me to verify personal information over the phone. I wouldn't and she hung up on me. So today, when I spoke to her - she told me my "case" had been referred over - where she wouldn't say. Pretty much bullshit.

stating the same thing i have blocked the phone numbers and have not contacted them back. my attorney states scam by all means and after he called states phone number doesn't work

Called two days in a row. Tony Hale and Melissa Howard. Explained I took a PayDay loan out and didn't pay it back. This is FALSE. I never did. Frightening thing, is they have my cell number and my email. Not sure where they got this, considering my number is my work cell.

Scam scam scam the called me first from 719-212-6010 that number says it's no longer receiving calls so today they called from 719-212-8990 wanting a large amount of money by a certain time today or that I was going to be put in jail for felony charges. The loan they were saying I took out I never took one out for that amount and when I asked them to send proof or tell me who they were calling on behalf of and were they were located they got extremely rude and started screaming and hollering saying that since I questioned them they would be submitting my case today. Just trying to scam money out of people. You can't lock someone up for some loan they never received or have record of.

Just got a weird call also from this number. If I don't call back they will note that I waived my rights. How do these people sleep at night? It is so awful to be preying on innocent people

Left VM saying her name is Stephanie knox..Said she was calling about a "urgent legal issue" and that if I didn't return her call today my rights would be waived and that she would submit my file? I don't have any legal issues? Very weird call!

Wow... atleast you guys got her first name, Melissa Howard. She hung up on me for asking her what law firm she is posing for and what her name was... I got Sir this is a private law firm [CLICK]... My lead investigator was Vicky Sanders. Ms. Sanders hung up on me 4 times because I was laughing at her... Go figure - she told me I had 3 Felony charges being filed against me for Malicious Intent to Defraud a Financial Institution, Theft by Deception, and Larceny by Check. Thanks for wasting my lunch hour whoever you really are calling and harassing me from 719 212 8990

Yes they called me and said I'll be arrested if I don't send them money.

I've had the same issue, the 719-212-6010 was calling until I blocked them and now the number 7192128990 is calling with the same thing. They say I will have a warrant for my arrest for a pay day loan that I didn't pay (which I've never take.mn out). Just so everyone knows... Even if you didn't have a payday loan or any other kind of loan You can't be arrested for being delinquent... This is such BS!!

whoever is calling about a warrant I have that doesn't exists usually calls from 719-212-6010 its a scam their trying to get money to make a case go away that doesn't exist they hang up on you have they tell you to give your lawyers name
