My husband just got a phone call from these people on his prepaid cell phone saying "because of recent purchases he made he is eligible for free gift cards and gas cards." Then told him about a money saver plan at $1.00 for the first 14 days and after that it's a monthly subscription. Then proceeded to tell him he would get his "gift cards" in about 2 weeks. Hmmmmm 2 weeks....14 days...yeah, ok. When my husband asked them what it was he purchased they told him that it was private information that they could not disclose. They refused to tell him where they got the information from and wanted him to punch in his birthdate (which he did not do). They also had the last 4 digits of his bank card.
Now, here's the real kicker......My husband has only made ONE purchase on that card other than gas....that purchase was cable. From TIME WARNER CABLE!!! How convenient!!! Yesterday he orders cable which he did give his card number for and his phone number and today he receives that call. So Time Warner is one of the companies selling our information!!! WTF?? This really irks me. But at least now we know about one of the companies they are affiliated with.

These people got my info from a non profit feed the children type agency. Signed up after I did research on this charity as a way to teach my child humanity. I made the mistake of putting my 3 yr old daughters name on this account so the update letters would come to her. Only time I've every used her name on anything and now these vultures call me at work asking for her. These people are the lowest form of life. Say nothing to these people and cancel everything they have access to. They tried to run my card also, but used her name on my card.

Ridiculous.. the number has called 5 times a day for a week solid. enough is enough already!

Have called 7x in 2 days to my cell phone. NO msg.

I do not give my mobile phone details to any marketing people, yet these people had my number. I do not want calls from anyone I do not know on my private phone.

CANCEL YOUR CARD YOULL BE GLAD YOU DID. they called me 10/19/2009 at 830pm. i canceled my card and chase called at 1134pm and said that they tried to run my card for 24.95

I don't answer. They call 4-8 times in a 24 hour period. What can I do about this?

They keep calling my cell and don't leave a message, but they call multiple times a day and use up my minutes.

I work for a company under contract for Visa/MC and many more. This phone number is tied to a company who has stolen your credit card information along with your name and phone number. They call to make sure the information is still usable.

After you get this call they will start to charge your account from $2.00 to 99.00 over and over from 100's of fake online stores for some kind of junk with a real value of maybe .10 or up to a 1.00. They mail you this junk as if you made a real order using your charge/debit card.
