The caller said his name was Ramon Fernandez, insisted that I write down his ID 0486 and said he was affiliated with the PS&G program that allows to pay same rate for 3 years. Indicated more info at Liberty Power 866-769-3699. Wanted me to retrieve info from my electric bill. The call sounded like a scam to collect my personal information. There were a number of voices in the background. The call kept going (I suspect they were trying to gain my confidence), and I had to excuse myself.

This number keeps calling my home # everyday throughout all hours of the day and night and will not leave a voicemail, nor will they answer or say anything when i have picked up their calls. 732-734-4146. Any information PLEASE help. I have attempted multiple times to cell them back and call is immediately answered by an automated board that states "This call is very important to us, please stay on the line to be helped by our next available agent". After about 15 to 20 minutes of holding with same message being repetitiously stated, same automated voice comes back in and says "Good-Bye". HELP!!!!!
