They just called my 11 yr old daughter saying the same thing. Litigation against her. Ehen i called back voice mail full!! Kimberly Lowe SCAM!! She wanted het ss:
called them back...1st person transferred me to "NICK" who told me that i took the money and committed a felony. Nick would not tell me the company I owed the money to only that "you know who you took money from & you never paid it back. That is a felony sir". i asked again, "from whom did i get money, what company? All i want to know is what company gave me money that you represent." Nick's reply, "That company, the one you borrowed from." i asked again, "What company is "that company"?" He said, "don't be coy with me sir, you know what company it is and it is THAT company." ... then he hung up. I tried to call back but no one would answer. SCAM
I just recieved the same call, let them go to voice mail and they left a message stating I needed to return regarding a litagation against me as well. When I called back, the line doesn't ring or anything, just says goodbye and hangs up. I put them on call block, and am going to report them for harresment if they continue to call. SCAM I totally agree. "Friday 13th Scam!!!
Glad to here. I received the same call saying there issuing an arrest warrant and I will be serving 180 days in jail if I don't give them $1034! People these days.

Left msg saying private investigators with a case that may involve my name and ss#. Imperative that I call back before any litigation starts.
