This is CBV third party collections.
In order to stop calls, send them a registered letter with signature (available at Canada Post office for $11.40), to either dispute the debt (if it's not you, or over two years since last payment), or to advise of inability to make payment.
If the calls persist after you have confirmation of receipt of the letter at CBV from Canada Post, along with a printout of the signature, you may begin phase 1 of the consumer complaints process listed with Consumer Protection Ontario, or your provincial regulatory body.
It will help to printout your call history to prove harrassing calls continued after the letter was received.
Also, if they call, you can read the letter as script until they receive the original.
An educated consumer is a collection agency's worst nightmare.
Please see link below for sample template letters.

58 calls and counting since July 9th
Getting calls from this number about 6 - 10 per day Monday-Saturdays... have got no outstanding debts... usually a machine as they don't say anything or ask for an unknown person. I've asked them many times to quit calling here. I quit answering those calls altogether. How can these people be stopped from making nuisance calls?
called me about 6 times in the last few days. They jsut leave me on hold. This time I talked to a person, DVB collections, I think they are called. or something like that.
Started asking me questions about my date of birth ect. but I don't give out that information.
He would not tell me anything about why they were calling with out giving my date of birth.
debt collector, or scam, I have no idea - I don't have nay debts I know of.
Calls my work, 3 times in 10 min. going to file a harrasment charge as its completely un professional to call an office, rude, and harrasing. They didnt even talk to me directly, they were rude to my front staff.. So embarrasing
