The person of this number called Aug. 8, 2023 at 8:07 am HI Time. Left no message? I make it a practice not to answer or call back unfamiliar numbers. I suspect since left no message? It is a spam caller.

Said they were with something like matt free insurance and asked me to verify information without providing any context.

This number calls and shows as "Blocked" for caller identity. Its a spam call and should be ignored.

These people have been calling me daily and letting phone ring 3 times and never leave a message..so yes I do call this spam. Some days they call twice.
