Have been calling for about 2wks with all different numbers claiming I owe 300 for a payday that I NEVER TOOK OUT! and keep telling me that I am going to go to court and will face up to $13k in fines !!! I have already contact the FTC !

calling repeatedly to tell me I owe $8,000 for a $400 pay day loan that I never applied for. very scary. they had all of my personal financial information. this number is all over the internet with other people reporting the same fraudulent activity. where do we stop it? how can we stop it? I've already reported it to the FCC and the State of Florida.
