Att scam

Called me on my cell. I did not answer but they left a voice mail saying it was IRS and wanted me to punch in numbers, repeatedly asked me to punch in numbers, Odd that all of the prior complaints indicated that the number was AT&T.

The report on Oct 15 from Anonymous (me) was incorrect. I got the information relayed to me and then found out it was wrong. They did not indicate it was from IRS nor did they leave a voice mail.

Got a call from this number at 12:50 AM ON A SATURDAY NIGHT (YES, ALMOST 1AM!!!). I said “Hello?” & an automated system saying it was AT&T and I earned a $50 visa gift card reward, press 1 to accept through the automated system or press 2 for a live representative. I clicked nothing & it paused then said ‘“I’m sorry, I did not understand. Transferring to a representative.” After a short pause, automated system asked for last 4 digits of my Account number. I entered nothing, hung up & promptly blocked call on my iPhone.

This is a weird one because if you call the 800 number back it really is AT&T customer service.

Got a call from this number at 10:30 P.M. automated system saying it was At&t and earned a $50 visa gift card, press 1 to accept through the automated system or press 2 for a live representative. When clicking 2 to see what name would pick up, it asked for the 4 digit...and I hung up. Scam.

It was an automated call saying I was eligible for an AT&T gift card. My alarms went off when it asked for the last 4 digits of my SSN. I quickly hung up

Adam "from AT&T" - called multiple times in succession. After the 5th time I picked up and he said it was a security protocol that AT&T calls their customers every time there is a downgrade in service. I did not request one, nor did my husband. While on the phone "Adam" sent me multiple texts asking me for my PIN number. I did not reply to the texts. I also looked up the number he called from and found that it had been previously reported. So I promptly ended the call. He had not called back.

SCAMMER- Pretended to be from AT&T wireless but when I called AT&T they didn't have anyone by his name. Threatening to downgrade or cancel my account, asked for personal information.
