SBA dinged my credit, but I NEVER applied for ANYTHING. I get so many scam called it's crazy. SO I worry I'm getting scammed by someone else... So now I'm on hold with SBA trying to figure out what's going on... that's all I need is someone applying for a disaster relief loan while I'm trying to fix student loans or something else during COVID. I feel terrible for everyone else who is getting all these calls too.

it is a real number but if you are checking status you need to call 1 800 659 2955. one is for sure, they love dragging things on forever.

if it's not a scam number why don,t you send by email or mail? Do you know how many times get scams by the phones or emails& asking the social security numbers & bank ACCTS? Many people get scams by phones.Who going to believe? One day someone called through my business phone with caller ID. It identified as Dominion Power & I called throught411# .i identified was fake number!

This is the phone number for the Small Business Administration, Office of Disaster Assistance. They do the EIDL loans. It's not a scam number.
