Received a call from 800-496-4598 on 12/17/2014 at 8:27 PM, CNAM read as "TOLL FREE CALLE." We later redialed the number (anonymously) and heard the following recording: "Thank you for calling ERC. This entire call is being recorded and may be monitored for quality and training purposes. Press one, if you would like to make a payment through our automated system. Press two, if you would like to request a paid-in-full or settled in full letter. Press three if you would like to report a wrong number. Press four to speak to an agent."

24 calls last 2months. .as early as 9:02 am ~ as late as 6:57 pm, same recorded message. .never no answer or closed when returning call

Always shows up as NOT PROVIDED on my caller ID. The same company uses approximately four 800#s and 5-6 local numbers and it's always the same old thing. It's a recording looking for "D. L." I don't know who the hell this guy is!! The recording just says that if you are not "D.L." then this call is not for you. Really?? That's it??? Sooooooo freakin' annoying!!!!

We get calls about three times daily and they won't leave a name or just hang up. I just let it ring and have called the Do Not Call but they still come in. So Tired Of This Stupid people who like to harrass people.

This number keeps calling the business I work at, and when you answer, it's just a hang up. At least one call per day and always hanging up no matter which of us answers.

I have been called by this number asking for a name that does not live here. I tell them constantly that there is no one here by that name. They will call back within a week, same thing. I have once again removed my name from this number. They do not understand anything that I say.
