They are disguising their number as 704-691-2396. Looked it up and it belongs to Target National Bank - TD Bank USA, NA. They

Said they were from Target, calling to verify we had opened a credit card thru them. (We didn't), No sure if it is phishing?

They hung up when it went to voice mail so I don't know what they were offering. They have called many times over the past several days, but never leave a message.
