caller id says "DCS" --always a fax machine--call all hours and cannot block because it is an 800 number

I’VE REPORTED THIS # MUTIPLE TIMES TO NATIONAL & STATE OVER LAST 9 MONTHS. Still receiving daily with 3 different blocking apps

These asshats call my cell up to 10 times a day. When I press 'do not call' option it indicates that I am already on their list and disconnects. Although the number is blocked on my cell phone the numerous daily calls list in the blocked feature filling up my VM capacity. I want to grab them by the necks and shake them until something breaks!

My church uses this phone number to send out prayer requests and other messages from our pastor.

Caller ID says BSC. We don't answer any calls we don't recognize. Number calls us regularly; never leaves a message.
